This position requires the management of all research, prequalification, and certification of architectural materials and systems within the Central Asian market. Candidate must possess a minimum of a four-year degree in architecture or engineering and four years experience working in architecture or construction. Candidate must also be capable of utilizing software systems including Microsoft Project.
